By using CompanionCare Connect, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our platform connects families with independent companions for non-medical social support. We facilitate connections but do not employ or directly supervise companions.
Use of the Platform
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform lawfully. Bookings are agreements between families and companions, subject to availability and companion approval.
Companion Vetting
We conduct background checks and orientation for companions listed on our platform. However, families are encouraged to evaluate suitability and communicate specific needs before confirming a booking.
Fees and Payments
Booking fees are displayed at checkout. CompanionCare Connect charges a 7% platform fee on completed bookings. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance receive a full refund.
Liability
CompanionCare Connect is not liable for the conduct of companions or outcomes of services rendered. We act solely as a connecting platform and are not responsible for disputes between users.
